BSLib — Build & Stability Update

This update focuses on stability, internal improvements, and production readiness of BSLib API and Paper integration.

Changes & Improvements:

• Fixed task scheduler compatibility issues
• Improved runtime task handling system
• Resolved API compilation and test errors
• Stabilized internal scheduler abstraction
• Improved Maven multi-module build process
• Added full shaded Paper plugin build
• Internal cleanup and code refactoring
• Improved test reliability

Developer Improvements:

• API is now fully buildable via Maven
• Cleaner dependency structure
• Better separation between API and Paper implementation
• Ready for external plugin integration

BSLib is now more stable and prepared for production usage and future expansion.
