🛠️ Installation & Architecture

To experience the full functionality of TimeAnnounce, the mod should be installed on both the Server and the Client.

• Client-Side: Listens for announcement packets, processes local player toggle configurations, and hooks into the Minecraft audio narrator to speak the time.
