Some minor fixes, modified worldgen a bit and fixed crashing and stuttering. Fixed the major previous bug where generating many chunks would cause the world to freeze for very long periods of time (distant horizons ahem).

• Additionally, mobs no longer carry items in very high tiers such as netherite or diamond, which they previously could just.. drop in the overworld, completely ruining balancing.
• DH is now OFF by default as it causes many issues. It's still included if you wish to use it at your own risk!
• Also changed the default overall look of the pack yet again with a new resourcepack (which runs better and looks cooler imo). Hope you like it!

Lots of new additions as well as a lot of bug fixes from the previous version. Multiplayer is still finnicky but works most of the time, with the Essential mod integration. Enjoy a stable experience!

A known bug is where loading chunks too quickly causes new chunks to stop loading for a while. I'm working hard on fixing this.

Complete Remake!!!

The bridge between Brink of Death and Hardened Survival wasn't too distinct enough, but with this remake, it stands alone as a unique thing.

In this remake, experience:

• Far less bugs and significantly more FPS
• Much more enemy variety
• Real progression with difficult leveling which you lose on death
  • Mobs evolve with you, but if you die, they back off for a bit while you level back up.
• RPG mechanics such as currency rework
• Tougher endgame enemies and the addition of deadly dragons roaming the overworld (among other foes)
• Complete biome remakes
• Looks match the intended feel. No longer vanilla+ but now rugged and dark as it should be.
• And much, much more.

Experience this modpack in a new light, completely overhauled as the punishing RPG modpack I sought out for it to be initially. Good luck.

Multiplayer not fully supported yet

Brink of Death Lite is... no longer lite. So I changed the name.

BIG UPDATEEEE Added:

• New villager updates (you can pick them up now!)
