- Added a new smart GUI system opened with /bounty
- View players, stages, effects, survival time, and rewards directly in the menu
- Create bounties through an item-insert menu with anvil amount input
- Added a clean player info menu with all bounty details
- Removed the old tab list bounty display
- All previous commands still work
- Improved performance and security checks
