Biomes O' Plenty Legacy Reborn & Croparium
A Minecraft mod that digs up long-lost ores from early Biomes O' Plenty updates, and now you can grow them.
Croparium is required for this mod, but Biomes O' Plenty itself isn’t necessary.
Reborn Ores
This mod brings back nine crucial ores and materials: Ender Amethyst, Biome Essence, Amber, Malachite, Peridot, Ruby, Sapphire, Tanzanite, and Topaz—plus their matching ores (Overworld ores get deepslate variants). Where you’ll find them varies: Ender Amethyst and Biome Essence spawn in the End, while the rest pop up between Y-levels -64 and 32 in the Overworld, each tied to specific biomes.
Equipments
Ender Amethyst has a bonus too: you can craft it into Ender Amethyst Equipment, which matches netherite’s performance—just watch out, it doesn’t resist fire.
There’s more revived goodness: mix any of these ores with emeralds to make Terrestrial Artifacts, a stunning material. Back in old Biomes O' Plenty, this artifact made Biome Compasses, but since modern mods have better alternatives, that compass didn’t come back. Instead, you can use Terrestrial Artifacts to craft armor that’s tougher than netherite armor—and you can even upgrade it further with netherite.
The mod also brings back Mud Balls: break mud without Silk Touch (in your main hand) or decompose mud to get them. Turn them into Mud Bricks, or craft Mud Equipment—though it only matches leather armor in defense, so it’s just for early-game.

And don’t sleep on the Enderporter: use it anywhere, and it’ll teleport you back to your Overworld spawn. It breaks after 9 uses.
How To Grow Ores
Growing these ores needs the right farmland. Most crops go on Overworld Ore Farmland, while Ender Amethyst and Biome Essence crops need End Ore Farmland.
Making them is easy: for Overworld Ore Farmland, grab any pickaxe and right-click common Overworld stones (like stone, deepslate, or cobblestone)—just make sure water’s within 4 blocks horizontally. For End Ore Farmland, use any pickaxe on end stone, and again, keep water within 4 blocks.
If you need details on getting seeds, planting steps, or how crops grow, check the main Croparium mod—all the specifics are there.
