o Playing Screw Your Items? - Enables KeepInventory, sets the slot count for SYI dependent on difficulty, turns on PreserveHotbar, and turns off skipemptyslots.
o Playing Neither Hardcore (HQM) or SYI? - Just gets rid of the other choices.
Made "Extra" quest that give lives as rewards require completing "Playing Hardcore (HQM)?" in order to unlock.
Made "Extra" quest that reduce the slots deleted by 1 as a reward require completing "Playing Screw Your Items?" in order to unlock.
Make new batch of challenge quest that grant the -1 inventory slot deleted for SYI.
