BloodMagic Teams - Integrates FTB Teams with BloodMagic. Allows players to bind blood orbs and items to their team instead of personally, so teammates can share LP networks and use each other's bound items.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed crash when hovering over Blood Magic items in inventory before joining a world
- The FTB Teams manager is not available on the client side until connected to a server
- Added null-safety checks to prevent NullPointerException in tooltip rendering
