Blank Smithing Template

Adds a new "Blank Smithing Template" that can be found in structures, allowing duplication of smithing templates without diamonds, encouraging exploration over repetitive mining for a better gameplay experience.

This mod is a learning project created as part of my journey into Minecraft modding. It serves as a practice ground for developing more complex and ambitious mods planned for the future.
