Big Station Signs

Signs now connect to fences and walls

• Added tags to the new emr sign and chiltern sign
• Fixed items in the signing table not dropping after breaking the table
• Made signing table no longer destroyed by fire (similar to crafting table)

• Added signing table
• Removed crafting recipes for signs (it's done via the signing table now)
• Added Chiltern Railways & another East Midlands Railway sign
• Removed small signs

• Fixed incorrect blockstate rendering on the C2C sign
• Limited sign character length so you shouldn't have floating text

Textures connect properly now

WARNING: This update may delete a lot of Big Station Signs from your world, please break them and ensure they are in their base form before updating (and backup!!!)
