Big Globe Compat - Incendium

• Fixed the structure overrider trying to place structures 2 billion block outside of the max/min Y level.

• Adjusted some of the nether structure spawn logic to search for a surface instead of floating whereever.

• Reworked a few biomes for efficiancy and interest. • Inverted Forest is now feature complete and as common as the Warped Woods.

• Made the biomes more common overall.
