Small update

• Text changes
• That's basically it

Just some re-balancing

• Changed teleport sound cues to only play for the user and the target
• Not sure if this is last change or this change but added glowing for 10 seconds to all runners and hunters at the end of the preparation phase
• Made targeted runner glow for 1 second on teleport
• Made teleport user glow for 10 seconds on teleport, gain Slowness 2, Mining Fatigue 2, and Weakness 2 for 2 seconds on teleport
