Removed unnecessary files and updated the teleportation to work better on laggy servers.
Area Effect Clouds now spawn where the player is being teleported to make sure the chorus fruit doesn't try to teleport the player after they have arrived at the lodestone. These clouds despawn naturally after 2 seconds.

Allows you to teleport to a Lodestone by holding a Lodestone Compass while eating a Chorus Fruit.
