Better Dogs X Doggy Talents Next is a clientside mod. This means you can use it in any server that has Doggy Talents Next installed!
This mod adds all but the special dog breeds from the Better Dogs resource pack to the Doggy Talents Next mod as selectable skins.
Better Dogs X Doggy Talents Next requires the Doggy Talents Next mod to work! You can find the mod here:

Note: the Better Dogs resource pack is not required for Better Dogs x Doggy Talents Next to work.

Text version of the description (how it works)
1. Put Doggy Talents Next and Better Dogs x Doggy Talents Next in your Minecraft mod folder.2. Convert a tamed wolf into a Doggy Talents Next wolf using a training treat.
3. Right-click a Doggy Talents Next wolf with a stick.
4. Left-click the style button at the bottom of your screen.
5. Left-click the skins button at the left side of your screen.
6. Type Better Dogs in the search bar and pick a skin. Press the apply button and you're done!
