Allows totems of undying to save players from the void, and when anywhere in the inventory.

Adds two new gamerules:

totemsInVoid | true | Allows totems to save players from the void. They will receive levitation and slow falling. |
totemsInInventory | true | Allows totems to save players, even if they aren't holding it. It can be anywhere in their inventory. |
