Better Map is a small client-side Fabric mod that makes your in-game maps smarter. It shows real-time distance to nearby structures right on the map — so you’ll always know how far you are from that Woodland Mansion or Ocean Monument!

• 🧙 Swamp Huts
• ❌ Buried Treasures (Red X markers)

⚙️ Customizable Settings

• Toggle distance labels on or off anytime
• Automatically saves your preferences in config/better_map.json

Currently available in:

• 🇷🇺 Russian (ru_ru)

📸 How It Works

1. Explore your world and find structures
2. Open a map in your hand
3. Distance labels appear below structure icons automatically
4. You can toggle the feature anytime via Mod Menu

🔧 Installation

Requirements

• Minecraft: 1.21.8
• Java: 21 or higher

⚙️ Configuration

Open Mod Menu → Better Map to adjust:

• Show Distance Labels: toggle the overlay on or off
• All settings save automatically
