### Features
+ When stunned, make whole inventory become "Disabled" cooldown.
+ If Stun effect dissapears or gets broken up by "Stun Snap" the inventory no longer becomes disabled.
+ Add blacklist option for entites list. (Entities that aren't affected by the Stun)

### Shield Behaviour System + Configuration
Changes how the shield system can work in-game. added
Added 3 Shield modes on how the Mod may behave;
+ Low HP - Stun only occurs if target HP is below (25% - configurable).
+ Gauge Based - Stun occurs if hit (3 - configurable) amount of times.
+ Default (Always stun)

### Combat & Enchant Config
+ Added Stun Snap - If stunned and hit (configurable, default 2) times, the stun effect cures.
+ Add Enchantment Level Configurations With ability to Disable their Attributes
+ Changed How Shield Throw Behaves when returning (On return, it damages entities)
+ Bash, Slam, Shield Throw consume HUNGER POINTS (Hunger Bars)
+ Add player Specific Stun time. (Mob / Player have their own independent stun)


### Misc

Fixes:
+ Config loop (category)
+ Re-organized categories + better definitions on tooltips
+ Added Configurable Exhaustion (hunger/saturation) values.

Removes:
- Removed parry_doctorine - Mending on parry was too unbalanced.
