This is Better Librarians: Reforged!

What it does is...

It works really simply! Instead of librarians having random useless books, whenever a villager becomes a librarian, he can provide new enchantment book trades every time! The emerald prices are random, and can be set in config.yml ranging from default-min-emeralds to default-max-emeralds!

Inside the config, you can tweak alot of things, but most importantly, you can add (or edit) other books to the trades! Also, changes to config don't require server restart! Simply run /betterlibrarian reload

Features

There are several features, that can be edited in config.yml.

enabled - Turns the plugin ON/OFF.

replace-enchanted-book-trades - Same thing but toggles replacement of the enchanted books.

affect-existing-villagers - Toggles if the plugin affects already trade-locked villagers.

avoid-duplicates-per-villager - Toggles avoidment of the same books repeating in the villager's trades.

require-book-item - Toggles the requirement of a book to be traded along with emeralds to get the enchanted book.
