Better Item Frame Cycling

This mod allows you to go rotate items backwards inside item frames, to do that click the Shift and Right click on the item frame.

There is additional configuration that is optional, you can either use the mod menu, or the /bifc command. The only config option is instantUpdate, which either updates the item frame instantly on the server (sends a lot more data to the server at once) when the setting is on, or otherwise it rotates the item frame 7 times once every tick.
