Better Enchanting
A complete overhaul of the enchanting system of Minecraft to make it rely less on randomness and tie it to exploration and game progression.
Now that's what i call good boots !
A pair of boots with full enchantment. Do note that i didn't touch the incompatible enchant mechanism, so incompatible enchants will disappear as soon as you enchant the item (Like Protection, and other protection types).

Infusing an Enchantement Catalyst at a Grindstone
Use the Grindstone with an Enchantment Catalyst to store enchantments of unwanted item. Warning ! The process destroy the initial item.
Using an Enchantment Catalyst at the Anvil
Enchantment Catalyst can be used same as Enchanted Books. This process as hight chances of destroying the catalyst.
