Better enchant tables

Adds mending to tools/weapons in the enchantment table. Allows axes to get sharpness from the enchant table just like swords.

Mending tends to be 1 in 4 depending on the tool (for example gold gets better enchants) Sharpness has the same odds as getting it on a sword, but factor in the amount of possible enchants.

Both additions have default rates and have only been added, not modified
