The Better Eating Mod

The Better Eating Mod seeks to eliminate a simple yet persistent problem in Minecraft - there is no delay between eating and placing or interacting with blocks. If you eat and become full and are holding torches in your off-hand, for instance, you'll immediately place a torch down.

This mod adds a fully configurable delay between eating food and placing or interacting with blocks. This can be between 0 and 20 ticks (0-1 seconds), configurable through the mod menu.

This mod requires the Fabric API. All other dependencies are bundled, but are listed to give credit where credit is due.
