Better Block Tooltip

Allows to view more block properties in tooltip by pressing keybind (by default "Left Shift")

Currently possible to view:

• Hardness
• Blast Resistance
• Tool and mining level
• Slipperiness
• Luminance
• Solidity
• Note Block Instrument
• Burnable
