This mod adds better functionality to the boring old bats in Minecraft and makes them a lot more useful.
Bat meat
Now bats will drop raw bat meat when killed. Eating it raw is not safe at all as it will infect you with COVID-19. Cooking and eating it also possesses a 25% chance of giving you COVID-19.
Bat eye
Bats will also sometimes drop bat eye which is edible but has a chance of infecting you with COVID-19. You can use it to brew a night vision potion.
New bat texture
Bats also have a new texture now which makes them more purplish.
COVID-19
This mod adds a new potion effect called COVID-19 inspired by the real life disease. When you have this effect, it constantly damages you. It is also very contagious so if you are infected with it the mobs near you will also get infected.
Bat Stew
This food item has a 100% chance of giving you COVID-19 when you consume it. It is crafted using a cooked bat, a bat eye and a bat wing.
Bat Wing
Bats have a small chance of dropping a bat wing which can be used to craft the bat glider and bat stew.
Bat Glider
This item is crafted using 7 bat wings. It functions just like an elytra but the only drawback is that it has a very low durability.
Bat Ears
Bats have a small chance of dropping the bat ears which grant you the ability to locate nearby entities using ultrasonic sound. When you press R while wearing the bat ears on your head, it will give all entities in a 30 block radius a glowing effect. It will help you in seeing underground entities.
