The void critter itself! right clicking with the pin creates a pinhole-sized portal to... somewhere. It'll allow you to interact with this enigmatic entity.

Cool enchants & typo
Giving Strange Tokens to Besmirch results in it giving you a small amount of loot, along with 2 special enchants and a Voided Needle to get more Strange Tokens.
Void-Blot Rift
An image of a rift with Visitants in the background. To get Strange Tokens the normal way, you need to summon (and then destroy) this! Be wary, as it blots the nearby land.
