This mod Adds Bedrock-style Allow, Deny, and Border blocks to Java Edition.
They work just like the ones in Bedrock, however I couldn't fully imitate the border blocks physics, but it still does whatever it's supposed to.
The allow block allows players in adventure mode to place/break blocks on top of it, though you can toggle it in the configs if you'd like.
The blocks are all in the operator utilities tab.
