Beam

Beam (beammc.su) is a cozy Russian Minecraft server that combines whitelisted vanilla survival with custom minigames and community events. The project focuses on a friendly atmosphere, a small but active community, and high-quality gameplay without pay-to-win mechanics.

The server is hosted in Russia and the community is primarily Russian-speaking.

Survival

Whitelisted survival on Beam is completely vanilla — no gameplay-changing mechanics. The goal is to preserve the authentic Minecraft experience while building a strong community of players who enjoy creating large projects and interacting with others.

Access to the survival server is limited through live whitelist interviews, where admins talk with players using Simple Voice Chat.

This interview process prevents toxic players and trolls from joining and helps ensure that the community stays friendly, creative, and collaborative.

Minigames

Beam also features fully custom minigames developed by the server admins specifically for Beam. These minigames are available to everyone.

Currently, we offer Pillars of Fortune and Duels (Practice), but more custom minigames are already in development.

Community and Events

We are a small but growing server with an active player base (typically 7–10 players online daily). The project regularly hosts community events and encourages players to build, collaborate, and interact.

Atmosphere

Beam is designed to feel like a small, welcoming community rather than a large anonymous server. Players often know each other, communicate using Simple Voice Chat, and collaborate on builds and projects.

The administration actively maintains the server, listens to feedback, and focuses on creating a place where players can relax, socialize, and enjoy Minecraft together.
