Bossbar Announcements is a lightweight and easy-to-use bossbar announcement plugin for Minecraft servers. With just a few simple commands, you can display messages directly in the bossbar, making sure all players — Java and Bedrock via Geyser — see your important updates instantly.

📜 Commands

• /bba announce [seconds]

Create a boss bar announcement.

seconds is optional; if provided, the boss bar will automatically disappear after that time.

STILL IN PROGRAMING Minecraft color codes (&a, §c) and hex colors (#FFA500) for text.

• /bba clear

Remove the current boss bar.

• /bba color <RED|BLUE|GREEN|YELLOW|PURPLE|WHITE|PINK>

Change the color of the boss bar.

Must have an active boss bar first.

• /bba style <SOLID|SEGMENTED_6|SEGMENTED_10|SEGMENTED_12|SEGMENTED_20>

Change the style of the boss bar.

Must have an active boss bar first.

• /bba reload

Reload the plugin configuration.

• /bba load

Load a pre-configured bossbar from config.yml.

Example config:

default-bars: example: text: "&aWelcome!" color: GREEN style: SEGMENTED_10

/bba default color <RED|BLUE|GREEN|YELLOW|PURPLE|WHITE|PINK>

Set the default color for new bossbars.

/bba default style <SOLID|SEGMENTED_6|SEGMENTED_10|SEGMENTED_12|SEGMENTED_20>

🛠 Installation

Download the latest release from Modrinth.

Drop the .jar file into your server’s plugins folder.

Restart the server.
