Awakened Islands
A Create: Aeronautics Addon that adds physics-based floating islands to world generation!
A super-super-super basic addon for Create Aeronautics/Sable.
Floating Islands will occasionally (~1/4096) generate throughout the world using the world's seed (meaning the spawn positions stay consistent), and are all Simulated Contraptions.
What this means is that the Islands are fully movable, whether that be by tying a rope to an airship, or by turning the island itself into one. Islands currently spawn with all the ore + wood required to make a basic airship!
These islands are best used as an infinite skyblock challenge, or just nice natural world decoration in their current form. There's nothing crazy unique about them yet.
Note: I'm slowly migrating to Codeberg, so please post any issues using specifically the Issues link. Gitlab has been a bit messy for me so I don't know if I'll get notified there.
While I haven't fully learned Create Aeronatuics yet, I might make this into a larger mod inspired by The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
