How to Use
To activate the Automatic Lanterns data pack:
- Use the
/function giveto obtain the necessary items. - Utilize spawn eggs to place automatic lanterns in your world.
Current Features
- Lanterns that dynamically toggle based on the time of day.
- Two different lantern variants (as of update 0).
- Designed primarily for Adventure and Creative mode.
Future Plans
- Custom crafting recipes to create different lantern variants.
- Improved Survival compatibility to make the pack more accessible for all gameplay styles.
- Support for additional light sources, including:
- Torch
- Soul Torch
- Lantern
- Soul Lantern
- Crafting recipes for each light source to be placed on every type of wall as support.
At its current stage, Automatic Lanterns is not yet survival-friendly, but future updates will introduce crafting recipes and other enhancements to integrate seamlessly into survival worlds.
