Arathain's Serverside Shenanigans

Current features:

• Piercing has a enchantment level/4 chance to pierce through armour
• Pillagers will now attempt to get away from you before shooting, can be turned off with the biggerBrainAi gamerule
• Farm animals will start panicking when outside, at night, and in rain, slightly bad at finding shelter but they get there eventually (can be turned off with the biggerBrainAi gamerule)
• Milk now doesn't clear all status effects; Golden Carrots/Apples cure wither, spider eyes cure weakness, mining fatigue, and slowness, and rotten flesh cures speed and jump boost.
