Renamed to ASMP Utils.

• Better waypoint feature thanks to itsapne
• /shopsite command
• Major code refactoring (module system)
• Added some documentation for other people who may want help develop the mod thanks to Crafttrix
• Performance improvements
• Fixed a crash when trying to send a message to a null player

This may take longer due to my exams

• Automated removal of outdated waystones
• Sort shops and waypoints by distance based on player position
