Fixed a bug that deleted nether and end shops from the overworld.

Added the /browse command (might add some aliases if they are suggestions) This commands allows browsing all the shops just like the website but ingame!

This update is completely optional!

It adds a new "Water Module" which offsets the render location for water blocks by a set amount of blocks.

The module has to be enabled in the mods settings to work.
