Arrested Development

Fixes the malformed JSON in the pack.mcmeta that broke the most recent update

What's Changed

The main change in this release is a behind-the-scenes improvement to the release script that keeps the files in version control neater. But additionally, babies will have their ages reset immediately once tagged, rather than waiting for the next check-in (just in case you decided to keep your mob baby at the last possible second)
