Dune Trim Overhaul

• Actually makes you immune to explosions now and explosion damage only without the healing stuff.Sadly I had to remove the very cool action bar text
• An attempt was made with over-arching hunger issue, hopefully it will be more accurate now. Wild Trim and Eye Trim only effected.
• Improved Tide Trim Shift ability animation.
