Armour Trim Abilities

Huge Changes and Fixes

• No more infinite active effects, this removes the stupid need to remove effects per tick
• Removed all overlapping logic between trims which would cause the trims not to work at all
• Buffed Spire to take less hunger and have less cooldown
• i may have missed some infinite effects
