Normal Tome Upgrade Recipe
Upgrade recipe for all tomes other than arbiter tome (arbiter tome uses different recipe) - Diamond block or tome can be placed anywhere in the Crafting table gui - Each upgrade costs 1 diamond block

Arbiter Upgrade Recipe
Upgrade recipe for the arbiter tome, won't work for any other tome. - Only one upgrade possible - Upgrade uses 3 diamond blocks - Diamond blocks or tome can be placed anywhere in Crafting Table GUI as long as the diamond blocks are stacked
