Rewritten Portals

• Portals are now Axis-Aligned instead of Block-Position-Aligned
• Portals are now more visible with shaders
• Portals now cancel collisions with blocks better
• Replaced the see-through hole of portals when they are opened with the End Gateway effect

Added a new Portal Gun Variant - Reloaded(from Portal Reloaded, a fan mod for Portal 2) that shoots Square Portals
