Range Fix + Thrust Combo

- Landing an attack in Swing Mode removes Thrust Mode's Attack Speed penalty for 15 ticks
- Added the ability for Rapiers to block Melee Attacks ONLY (40% DR)

Score Fixes & Tiered Dash Damage

- Rapier Dash attack damage now scales with the Tier of the Rapier, with Netherite having pre-nerfed Dash Damage
