Anvil Too Expensive Fix

This Fabric Mod allows you to combine items in the anvil without having to worry about them becoming "Too Expensive".

Its technically only requrired on the server, but recommended to have it on both the server and the client.

When the mod is only installed on the server, "Too expensive" will appear but the item can still be repaired.
