Anvil Display

Overview

Adds useful information about anvil mechanics to the tooltips of enchantable equipment and enchanted books

The information added to the tooltips include:

• Anvil Uses: Amount of times an item has been used in an anvil.
• Base Cost: The base experience cost of an item in an anvil.

The tooltip's color will also reflect how optimized the enchantments are.
It will be green if the item has the minimum amount of anvil uses for it's enchants, yellow if it has one extra anvil use and red otherwise.
