- Changed Player Owned NPC AI so that they take "move" commands much more seriously; they will now follow the command above all else.
- Added handling for erroneous structure files, rather than crashing

- Changed faction archers to use the archerRange config value for their attack range, rather than their follow range

- Can now shift-click while trading with NPCs to trade the entire stack
