Finally added Chisels & Bits, yey for inchlings!

Removed Terralith because it adds tons upon tons of tags, causing packet sizes to be extremely large, which then causes the client to be unable to play on servers. I would leave it in if any packet size expanding mods actually worked, but they unfortunately do not.

Switched out the gravestone mod to YIGD, added essential commands

added OPAC

Removed BCLib, Better Nether, and Better End due to them failing to work on servers
