This makes it Easy to Control Your Server All in an Admin Panel, making it very easy for Moderators. the mod requires to be on Client-side to get the GUI, only required client-side for Admins/Moderators

To give High-Level Administrator you use /hla (selector) true/false
To get Access to the Admin Panel you need to use the /admin_give (selector) command
To Take Access from players to use the panel you need to type the /admin_take (selector) command
