Adaptive Difficulty

Allows Multiple Players on the same world to use a Different Difficulty setting.

Added Dimension Based Preferences that automatically swap to a certain difficulty when entering that dimension, these can be setup using simple in-game commands or using a NBT-Editor on the Config File.
Fixed Strave Damage being triggered even when the amount deals 0 damage
Cave Spider, Bee & Wither effects applied to the victim based on difficultly are now properly affected by the Adaptive Difficultly of the Victim
Death Screen now shows the Hardcore version if the user was in Adaptive Hardcore mode
