Accurate Block Placement Reborn

This release:

• Fixes Issue #55 "Erroneous block placement at low FPS due to changes in Minecraft 26.1"
• Improves the fix for Issue #28 "Shulker Boxes do not immediately open when placing and holding right-click"
  • A previous fix to prevent accidentally opening containers whilst placing blocks was poorly implemented. Going forward it should be much harder to do so.
• Cleans up various parts of the code
• Updates Russian translations (thanks @chtko and @AnarchByte!)
• Completes Portuguese (Brazilian) translations (thanks @murilommelo!)

This release adds support for Minecraft 26.1, and drops support for older versions.

This release:

• Fixes all translations failing to load
• Adds full Ukrainian translations courtesy of @GerBit

This update has been recalled due to a critical error resulting in every piece of text failing to translate.

This update:

• Allows other "placeable" items to be placed accurately, including Buckets, Armor Stands, Item Frames, and Spawn Eggs
• Adds a new section to the config allowing enabling/disabling accurate placement of additional placeable items

This update:

• Officially adds support for 1.21.11
• Switches from Yarn to Mojang Mappings in preparation for Deobfuscation / 26.1

• Fixes use state of items being reset when a new block was targeted
  • This primarily applies to Shields, at least in Vanilla. Thanks to @adefffffffffffffff for reporting this in #43!
