Accurate Attack Indicator

When a player's hand get visually swung, the attack cooldown for items gets reset. This is noticable mainly when using an item in your offhand. When you place a block or throw a windcharge in your offhand, the cooldown for your mainhand weapon gets reset. Normally you aren't able to see it visually but this mod allows you to see it. See MC-118740 for more info. Also works with spears allowing you to see when you can use lunge / attribute swap
