• add most of the recipes
• fix models
• the blocks don't instabreak anymore in survival!!
• put the (non-functional) ores in the creative tab
• yeah that's it

• add armor toughness to the gemstone armors, to match Diamond
• fix the models
• add the ores to the creative menu
