quick fix to fix a bug where the create jelly bean recipe would only give 1 jelly bean instead of 8, because i can't get recipes right

• Added Compatibility Recipes For Create:
  • Cheeseballs mixing recipe using slimeballs instead of magma cream, if basin is heated, and milk is pumped in
  • Jellybean mixing recipe using using slimeballs instead of magma cream, if basing is heated
  • Save strings when making clown horns by using copper sheets instead of ingots
• Added vanilla recipe for cheeseballs.
• Added missing translations for growing and shrinking effect
• Added preperations to be turned into a create add-on, as originally planned

• jeb_ sheep will now spin when unprovoked.
• Added a jellu bean block, which when stood on, pauses potion effect timers, of 5 effects. And has a chance to amplify the effect over time.
• added cheeseballs, which can be found in the end, or crafted
• reactive honey, and slime can now be found in bastion loot.

• Added dispenser interaction between party blowers and entities (excluding players).
• Added dispenser behaviour for party poppers.
• Added Gag Candle Colour Variants. (Including Cake)
• Added Fake Candle Colour Variants. (Including Cake)

HOTFIX to be compatible with more of my mods. Did some oopsies with package name
