Rebuild of config with new Fzzy Config system

• Added Call of the Void modifier, fixing Void Gem not applying a modifier to the Witches Orb when crafted with it.

• Fix crash with new Amethyst Core
• Implement new FzzyPort stuff in Fzzy Core 0.5.0
• Modifiers now data-driven
• Added hamster armor tex for Warriors and Archons sets

• Added Baiting Arrow. Any non-hostile mob entities nearby will become enraged at the struck target and start attacking it over all other targets.
• Fixed devastating focus recipe.
• Champions and Celestial tridents will now return to the offhand when thrown from the offhand.

• Added recycling recipes to Wither bones (black dye), Living Flame (blaze powder), Null and Void (Null Powder)

• Added new Archon Set! This set focuses on raw magical power over all else, sacrificing protection to dish out damage.
• Added two new Spell Attribute enchantments, to go with the two new
• Added significantly more Spell Power Attributes integration. Many armor sets and trinkets will now have spell powers if SPA is loaded. This is a totally optional interaction, and the attributes go away if SPA is removed.
