I disabled the debug overlay for now because text rendering changed again and I didn't want to deal with it yet
Otherwise everything should be working

• Fixed 1.21.11 NeoForge support
• Fixed toggle sneak support in 1.21.9+
• Fixed toggle sneak support on (Neo)Forge
• Fixed key.categories.creative translation key in 1.21.10+
• Probably fixed memory leak with InvMove's debug overlay
• Couple changes to reduce mod jar size (now <100Kb on newer MC versions):
  • Removed bundled mixinextras on NeoForge 1.21+ (since it's included by default like Fabric now)
  • Reduced mod icon resolution
